The Internet is consisting of many different interconnected network domains. Each network domain is having its own policies and procedures to provide Quality of Service (QoS) to the end-user. The target of provisioning and managing end to end QoS solution in the internet is one of the main challenges due to the existing of different kinds of end-user traffic classes requiring differential treatment and performance characteristics from the service provider. To offer guaranteed QoS, the network domains of internet are connected with each other using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which are based on set of various QoS parameters such as waiting time (delay), jitter, packet-loss rate (PLR), throughput, per-flow sequence preservation and availability. The current work is focused to analyze the behavior of multiple classes of traffic passing through different kinds of network domains implementing different kinds of QoS policies and procedures in terms of queuing and scheduling combinations. The ultimate objective is to build and negotiate tight bound Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between different kinds of network domains of internet.
